Do I need previous experience to join Capoeira Arte?
Not at all! Everyone is welcome to join us, regardless of previous experience.
We are here to guide you through your Capoeira journey from the very beginning.
Is there anything special or convenient about your class schedule?
Our programming is carefully designed with the learning and well-being of our participants at the forefront. We are also excited to offer an experimental training session for newcomers, allowing you to experience a class at no cost. Many people watch from the sidelines, thinking that this isn't for them. However, if you give yourself the chance to try it out for just 1 to 3 months, I assure you that you’ll find yourself wondering why you didn't start sooner.

What is "Reserve um treino experimental"?
This Portuguese phrase means 'Book a trial training session'. We encourage everyone interested to reserve a free trial to experience our classes firsthand and meet our community.
Capoeira Clothes (Uniform)
To get started, just wear some comfortable clothes you can move around in for exercises and practice.
The official Capoeira Arte uniform is purchased when you sign up.
